Erica is the VP of Community at Salesforce responsible for a 2.5 million member online community and Advocacy programs.
Erica started the customer online Success Community from scratch over 10 years ago and today it’s a thriving strategic differentiator for the company and a world-class industry community standard. The Success Community is the de-facto place where customers get their questions answers, network, share ideas and gain greater success using Salesforce.
Erica also created two thriving customer Advocacy programs – the Salesforce MVP program which rewards and recognizes the top 1% of community members for their ongoing contributions, leadership and expertise and the User Group Program where customers volunteer to run local, vertical, and special interest groups all across the globe.
Erica’s been at Salesforce for over 14 years and held various roles throughout her tenure ranging from Technical Education to Customer Marketing & Content Management.
Erica lives in Boulder, CO with her husband, two kids and their dog.
