Ann Weeby is a Senior Vice President at Salesforce. In this role, Ann is at the forefront of empowering individuals with the information they need to succeed in the digital age. Through innovative content delivery and programs, she is driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development while unlocking opportunities for meaningful careers in the Salesforce ecosystem.

As a veteran of the Michigan Army National Guard and the Iraq War, Ann's commitment to service and resilience was forged on the front lines. Her dedication to duty and leadership skills honed in challenging environments have been pivotal throughout her career. As the Co-Founder of Salesforce Military, she has been instrumental in creating pathways to employment for veterans and military spouses, leveraging their unique talents and experiences.

In addition to her corporate role, Ann is deeply involved in promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. Outside of Salesforce, Ann is a staunch advocate for girls' education and empowerment. As the Board Chair Emeritus of Technovation, she champions initiatives that inspire young women to pursue careers in STEM fields, fostering the next generation of innovators and leaders. 

Ann is a proud alumna of Western Michigan University and a 2023 Presidential Leader Scholar.

Guilda Hilaire

Guilda is an award-winning digital marketing thought leader and is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Salesforce. She is also known as the Olivia Pope of Marketing Cloud. With over 20 years of experience in marketing technology, she has held various roles in digital marketing operations, training, platform migration/implementation, and consulting. 

Guilda is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of marketing. It's something she's really passionate about.

Jim Roth

President, Customer Success, Salesforce.com

Jim is the President of the Customer Success organization at Salesforce. Since joining Salesforce in 2019, he has led the digital transformation of customer support and reimagined the Sev1 support experience. Jim's team developed the Customer Success Score, a data-driven tool to assess customer health and drive adoption and performance. With a dual Masters of Engineering and Management from Northwestern and Stanford University, he brings 17 years of industry experience at Dell and as a TSIA Advisory Board Member. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and skiing, and attending sporting events and live music concerts at Austin City Limits.
