We welcome and encourage co-presenters and typically allocate for up to 2 presenters in a session. If a 3rd co-presenter had their own session selected there is no problem adding them to your session. If you do need more co-presenters because of a panel format, please still submit and we will do our best to work with you, but cannot promise that all the presenters would be provided a pass to the conference.
-
Yes, we will ask you for a speaker bio, headshot, and presentation slide deck based on a template that we provide to you. Deadlines and process for submitting the additional information will be provided to you once selected and we work to provide ample time for you to be able to return the information requested.
Speakers not providing additional information and presentation materials requested on time may have their session canceled. Our goal is to provide an educational experience for all attendees and we need to ensure that the session you submitted is able to be presented successfully.
